He answered all my questions and request nicely. he even recommended the time we should leave during departure based on our flight even gave a really good rate for the whole trip, airport transfer by van, and fast boat transfer to Gili trawangan. The van was big and comfortable for the whole took a late flight, so we arrived at Lombok close to 9pm. Booked a Blue Bird to come pick us up from the airport and the local taxi drivers attacked him with a stick to drive him away from the airport car-park!We had to cancel as local taxi drivers would not allow us to get in the car and were forced to use on of their own vehicles. Also several lounges for first class and business class travelers. They also accept Priority cards. The Lombok International Airport is very beautiful. The security system is excellent.
